‘periférico 2008’ housing tower promotes sustainability in mexico’s famous neighborhood
BRAG ARQUITECTOS SHAPE 34-LEVEL ‘GREEN’ TOWER IN SAN ANGEL
BRAG arquitectos propose a sustainable housing solution in the form of the residential tower ‘Periférico 2008’ in Mexico City. The multi-unit building is located in the heart of the San Angel neighborhood, known as the ‘original town’ due to its rich architectural history. The high-rise volumetric solution stands out shaping a vertical garden with a total of 34 levels. 184 apartments are distributed upright and up to 4.500 sqm of the construction are covered by green areas and open terraces. The housing tower, also, provides common zones such as a swimming channel, a gym, a library, an open-air pool, and more.
